Casual Sophistication

The casual fried chicken and oyster restaurant is an office fav. With a laid-back vibe and menu tasty enough to earn a James Beard nomination, Leon’s quickly became a local institution. We’ve been there since the ground floor.

Visit website

As the restaurant grows in reputation and adds dimensions, we continue to tinker with the website, keeping the overall goal of simplicity and function while serving up the brand through design.

Private Label

Always venturing into new arenas, Leon’s launched its own wine label, which we branded. And sampled.

Oyster Shed

When the restaurant renovated an old building on the lot, we helped them brand a new service: a private event space. The Oyster Shed has its own identity as a rustic yet chic venue with its own menu and vibe.

Web Design

Inspiration for the brand came from the building’s roots as an old body shop- Leon’s Body Shop. The client approached us with a rough napkin sketch and an idea, which we parlayed into a full-blown identity system. The brand has since been refined by J Fletcher Design, and we took his updated logo to refine and recreated the web experience. Like most restaurants, this one took a while to come to fruition and the website has evolved into a better reflection of where the restaurant is now; a fantastic eatery, a meeting place, a laid-back bar, and an incredible event venue. We continue to work with them in various capacities.
