Cobble Hill is hiring an innovative Director of Growth Marketing to lead our Growth Marketing team. This role will report to Cobble Hill partners and oversee our marketing managers. We are seeking a motivational leader, results-driven strategist, and analytical problem-solver.

Required Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, computer science or similar field required
At least 8+ years in digital marketing with a consumer-facing or strong B2B organization, with at least 2 years in a management position.
At least 3 years of previous work in an agency setting.
Must have working knowledge of multiple elements of the digital marketing mix including SEO, SEM, campaign automation, lead generation, programmatic advertising, social media
Previous experience leading digital marketing teams in B2C or strong B2B organizations
Understanding of how to obtain and use data to drive decisions
Structured problem-solving mindset
“Roll up your sleeves” mindset who has hands-on experience in several key elements of the digital marketing mix
Understanding of the core components of product and service marketing; ability to create and deliver value propositions and ensure that campaign strategies are optimized to build awareness and interest
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Experience managing a team of 3 or more marketers.
Ability to build and maintain excellent working partnerships across the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, team player and self-starter that seeks excellence

Responsibilities
Management and training of new and existing marketing employees
QA employee work, provide feedback, and improve employee output.
Troubleshoot complex digital marketing issues independently and serve as the backstop for technical issues that arise.
Create Strategy documents for new clients and quarterly initiatives
Help strategize, build, and assist with FB Ads Manager, Pixels, Business Manager
Help strategize, build campaigns, and assist with Google Ads for search, shopping, display, and video
Create, and maintain Dynamic Ad Feed creation for FB and Google Shopping Ads. Experience with DataFeedWatch or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to advise and setup audience integrations, i.e. Klaviyo to FB experience, with multistep logic for segmentation.
Utilize Google Docs, Sheets (formulas, vLookups, etc), Slides, or similar products (Excel, PPT)
Creation of monthly reports using software (i.e. Data Studio, Tableau, Swydo, etc)
Present information to clients’ Executive level team members, building trust and rapport.
Pull reports on an ad hoc basis, generating insights from Ad Platforms or Google Analytics
Craft finely tuned written communication to clients and partners
Manage short term needs with long term vision
Setup TikTok, Snap, and YouTube ads experience is a plus
Use SEO tools (i.e. MOZ or SEMRush) to help plan campaigns
