As KYX's only marketing partner, and with a short onramp of under 30 days from signoff to launch of campaigns, we helped their team achieve immediate growth starting in month 1, and platform subscriber growth of 171% monthly within 4 months.

Growth

Through a robust suite of paid media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Google Search, Youtube, Tiktok, Snapchat, and Spotify ads we improved overall awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition for the new service in both beta mode and full launch over the summer.

Email Optimization

Setting the KYX team up on Klaviyo from day 1 enabled us to create new subscriber welcome flows, abandon cart flows, SMS messaging flows, and tailored, segmented weekly email campaigns sent to a growing subscriber list (aided heavily by our FB lead campaigns) to drive revenue growth in the email channel.

Our ultimate goal with any client that is not only a start-up, but creating a completely new service model, is to drive quality traffic to a website and create new customers for the long haul. Through our efforts, KYX picked up thousands of new customers within weeks at a customer acquisition cost (CAC) that was replenished on average within 2 months of service use.
