Paid Media Manager

  • What We're Looking For

    We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media campaigns, data analysis, and strategic marketing. You will drive insights, lead reporting, and create testing strategies for multi-channel paid media and email campaigns. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise and data skills to craft compelling narratives and drive results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute quarterly digital marketing strategies across paid media

    Lead and grow paid media reporting processes, providing weekly/monthly analysis and insights

    Craft and optimize ads for various platforms

    Set up and manage accounts in Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest

    Implement and analyze A/B testing initiatives

    Create and present performance reports using data visualization tools

    Provide optimization recommendations and budget projections

    Mentor and train junior team members in paid media tactics

    Manage client communication and lead client reporting calls

    Stay updated on industry trends and participate in knowledge sharing

  • Required Experience

    3-5 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing

    Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

    Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and data analysis

    Strong skills in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio), and PowerPoint

    Familiarity with JavaScript and SQL

    Experience setting up Google Analytics goals and Google Tag Manager

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently

    Previous work in an agency setting
